"I am glad I brought mt own cleaning supplies and a broom, so much dust,hair and what ever else was in the floor. There was no towels provided and a 1/2 roll of toilet paper, the TV didnt work and internet connection kept kicking us off. The electric outlets hung out of the wall and light switched sparked and only worked after several attempts like they were on a shorter fuse or something. We were there visiting elderly family. The underside of one of the chairs had mold and the loft was so hot...

"Worked for our quick half stop trip down south for 8 howeverthe place was not clean and one of the rooms had mold and stains on the ceiling. Unusable and disgusting room. Dust was still all over the dressers and fridge was something I wouldn't put any food. Found a cleaning rag in the bed and the floor in the master bedroom was warping with water damage. There was also a musty smell in the entire place. In the end you get what you pay for."

"Sutton was an old coal and lumber town. Now is abandoned. the owner of this place is trying to to save some of the grandeur it once enjoyed .The hotel has 2 buildings and the decor in both of them is amazing It is a really relaxing place. The hostess is a coal miners daughter that keeps the West Virginia charm. The innkeeper is from Colombia. He serves a strong colombian coffee and delicious arepas. What a combination ,never expect it .Help this people save part of history"

"Enjoyed our stay. We would do not more than 3 days next time, as we like to cook. We picked up a skillet at a thrift store so we could cook grilled cheese and scrambled eggs on the grill. They do have a nice toaster for breakfast. Beautiful setting."
