This really is an amazing small hotel in the centre of Haarlem which is close to Amsterdam. The owners (and operators) of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They seem to speak several languages quite fluently and serve breakfast every morning. It is a perfect location to enjoy a typical Dutch town centre with museums and many restaurants close by.

Superb boutique hotel, fantastic location (5 minute walk from train station and city centre). Will come back to this!

This hotel was a great place to stay that was close to the airport (via train or bus) so we could get to our flight the next morning. The served a nice breakfast buffet and were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again, and would love to visit Haarlem for longer than the one night that we did.

over all great experience. Thank you

I loved this hotel. The location was quiet, across from a park, but still very central. The breakfast was elaborate, the coffee delicious, the staff cheerful, the room gorgeous, the beds extremely comfy...everything about it was wonderful...Sigh. My only wish was thay we could have stayed longer! It was such a great choice to stay here instead of in Amsterdam. Ill never forget it.

Location was great. Straight down the road from train station and centrally located in Haarlem. Hotel was very clean and had great amenities. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend it. Thankyou

We had a very comfortable, enjoyable time at the Van der Valk hotel in the beautiful city of Haarlem. We had a rental car but we used the transit system to get to Amsterdam. The transit system is awesome. The people are friendly and the area was great. Just watch out for the bicycle riders... don't walk on the bike paths. The restaurant at this hotel was very good. The plates they served were a bit too classy for me but it did taste excellent. The breakfast buffet was also very good. It...

Everything I expected. Just know it’s a 30 min walk to the main areas as a tourist. But if you don’t mind the walk, it’s great and other area to explore. But the fact there was a skating rink nearby made me feel extra Canadian

Location was great, right in the heart of the local square, within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, beautiful streets and canalst. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean

Good central location in Haarlem. Very walkable area.

Very nice budget hotel located in the middle of the market square. Clean rooms. No AC. Fan provided. Small but clean bathroom. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great but no hot options. Would stay again.

The included bikes were great! Shower with rain shower head and regular. Front desk staff was super friendly too! Would stay again!

We were very impressed with the hotel and would return on another trip. The location is perfect. An easy walk from the Central train station and is in the centre of Amsterdam city area. Staff were excellent, the on site part is award winning, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. One note: If you have anything to speak with the hotel about before your stay, please contact them directly and not through Expedia. We were arriving early in the morning, so booked a room for the prior night. I...

Best hotel ever been in Amsterdam

I had an amazing stay at Monet Garden Hotel Amsterdam. The service was outstanding, with a warm and attentive staff who made sure everything was perfect. The hotel is beautifully designed, offering a cozy yet modern atmosphere. The room was comfortable, with lovely canal views. The location was excellent—peaceful yet within walking distance of the city center. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amsterdam!

Beautiful and unique hotel, nicely furnished, very clean, super-comfortable beds and bedding. Everything was lovely and it is in a great location.
