"The lady at the front desk was very rude. I had my ID and my booking confirmation on my phone, but she would not let me check in because somebody stole my wallet. Any other place would accommodate my wife and I which she is blind and pregnant."

"Do NOT stay here. The room was gross. Drains were stopped up. No remote for tv. People loitering around parking lot all night. Slept in clothes and got out of there at 5am. Absolutely not safe and would never stay here again."

"Chantal is an exceptional Host. Her communication is top tier she made me feel like family. I was experiencing displacement after having a house fall through my home and she was so caring and thoughtful throughout the experience. With all the stress I had going on dealing with my home she made my stay pain free and comfortable. I felt like I had a home away from home and my kids were so comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and close proximity to downtown. Very convenient process and super clean environment. Five star rating. Highly recommended!!"
