« A notre arrivé (21h00) notre chambre n’était pas prête et ne pouvions pas avoir notre chambre RÉSERVÉ ET PAYÉ D’AVANCE… soit une chambre deluxe avec lit KING. Seul des chambres avec 2 lits queen étaient disponibles. Leurs excuses étaient qu’il y avait eue 300 checkouts cette journée là et que le personnel n’avaient pas eue le temps de nettoyer toutes les chambres… nous sommes arrivés quand même tard (21h00) et je ne comprends pas qu’ils ne se soient pas efforcés de préparé les chambres...

« The front desk associate was rude . When checking in , I was not aware of the hold charge . So, i explained to him that Expedia did not have that on their site for this certain hotel . He replies “ it didn’t show on Expedia” .Because I only book one night , he figured I did not have the funds. His behavior was so unprofessional & i am highly disgusted with his attitude.
