Nice place. Need more staff. Pool bar closed on July 5th..a Sunday. Main restaurant only had two servers and we were turned back even though plenty of tables because they said they had two large tables and couldn’t handle our party of three. Gloria at golf club was great as well as the staff at the pub and pool bar. Just not enough of them to cover. Checkin was rough on the 4th. The checkin person had a bad attitude and could have cared less. That was on the 4th and it was very slow. Overall nice place but definitely is hit or miss. Hire some people.

The staff were very friendly. Close to the attraction and has a shuttle to take you to and from them. Our first night the AC went out and it took over an hour for someone to look at . Then at 12:30 am it went out again , and we had to move rooms and that was irritating since , we were sleeping and woke up bc it was so hot! The restaurants there were not great . I would not recommend them . Now The Commons restaurant by the golf course was excellent. But they are only open till 5. Other than that we did have a great time .

The resort rooms were never cleaned, dirty laundry in the halls, air conditioners and refrigerators would cut off randomly. Ruined food and the room was hot. The service was horrible and the prices were ridiculous. The pool was very dirty. The front desk staff was rude and all the staff kept saying it was because they were recently bought out. The resort has potential but has a long way to go.

David, shuttle driver was welcoming and engaging. Annie Belle & Simone provided a wonderful experience on the lake tour, though times were incorrect. Two thumbs up. The omelette was very good. Excellent location for the Park’s activities. Lounge was closed, missed the light fare option. Our patio wasn’t swept, spiders were on the patio and in the room. Some of the outdoor common areas weren’t cleaned. Parking lot trash can overflowed

The location of Atlanta Evergreen Lakeside Resort is truly beautiful, with a stunning lakeside setting that has tremendous potential. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean, comfortable, and in very good condition. The only issue with the room was the bathroom design. There were no towel hooks or bars, which made it difficult for a larger family to hang and reuse towels conveniently. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the property was disappointing. Many areas appeared run-down and poorly maintained. During our stay, there were no clean towels available at the pool, the rocking chairs throughout the property looked old and outdated, and we noticed exposed electrical outlets outside as well as scattered trash in some areas. The restaurants and other guest services also seemed understaffed, which affected the overall experience. Given the resort’s exceptional location, it was disappointing to see the property not living up to its potential.

We loved the balcony with the view of the pool, the mountain, and the lake. We were on the 4th floor and looked down on the beautiful scenery early in the morning and later at night where everything was lit up and gorgeous.
