Servicen var i top, gratis tøjvask og især Mandy gjorde en stor forskel – hun hjalp professionelt og venligt med reservationer, taxa og alle andre behov. Hele personalet var utrolig imødekommende. "The location is absolutely perfect. You are right on the Li River, and it's an easy walk to both the wharf and the bustling West Street, yet the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful. The facilities were clean and modern, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. (It would be absolutely perfect if they added a coffee machine to the breakfast area, but this was a minor thing in an otherwise wonderful stay.)"

"This was a nice quaint place outside of Yangshuo town. The staff are very kind and helpful, though they had trouble finding my reservation (must say that you booked through Expedia despite using Hotels.com) The shuttle cart goes in and out of town about 4 or 5 set times which while not the most convenient is very helpful and free!
