"Large room, large bed. Great breakfast with great staff."

"Nice hotel to stay !"

"Exceptional service! The reception team was wonderful—always kind, attentive and happy to help. Even after checkout, they carefully arranged delivery of a toiletry bag we had left behind. The breakfast was very good, too. Their warmth and thoughtful care made our family’s stay truly special. Highly recommended!"

"The staff is very nice, the location is very practical and close to good food too. The room is also cute with the window seating."

"Excellent location right at the river, near the lakes and in easy walking distance to the pedestrian area with a myriad of eating options."

"Average Chinese hotel with a good staff and they try hard but only standard equipment "

"The breakfast was great even though we thought it was a bit expensive, but the options and the quality at the end made up for it. Great room views and they were kept clean and tidy."

"We have a family room. Superb location"

"Great location. Since it is in a good location, there are a lot of tours group staying there. The waterfalls show nightly is a bonus."

"Super séjour, bel hôtel, le personnel est très sympathique, serviable et prêt à aider au delà des attentes. L'hôtel est propre avec même un service de blanchisserie en libre service et gratuit. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel"

"Lovely room and exceptional staff. Although English was certainly a barrier, the staff went above and beyond to understand our requests and accommodate accordingly. Highly recommend."

"So far so good"

"Very pleasant stay. "

"Hotel was nice to stay but their organisation is terrible. They didn't have our reservation booking so they gave us a room on the spot. They also didn't give us room service. Highly don't recommend their suggested tours. The tour was rushed, unclear and tour guide was super rude and unprofessional towards foreigners. Will never return back!"

"The building was neglected. The bathroom was very dirty. The staff hardly spoke, they just frowned."
