They front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Siao Chou (小周) and Ting Ting (亭亭). They went out of their way to provide us with specific information about local tourist destinations and how to navigate the city. Our Guilin visit went well because of them. The only issue we had was the hotel only had one washer and dryer. A notre arrivée, la 1è impression de lobby et son alentour ne correspondent pas par rapport à leur site internet. Heureusement que le service de l’accueil était plus que cordial et rassurant car l'hôte nous faisait le tour de nos chambres avant que nous prenions décision de rester chez eux.
