Our lake view window in the room wouldn’t close properly. The bed was ok for comfort but quite high. The room was clean. The property is incredibly dated. Its mass tourism affected with loads of tourist buses arriving constantly. There is no one available to help with bags when you arrive. The staff look like they’ve given up. The dining room was chaos. On our first day, we couldn’t even find a seat to eat breakfast it was so busy at 7AM. The western breakfast option was very poor. The Chinese food we had in the hotel restaurant at night was average. The chicken was tough. Luckily there are loads of restaurants near by the hotel to eat at instead. I would not recommend this property. She assisted with laundry and replaced everything I requested. The restaurant is open 24/7\. The gym is located on floor 5 and is always clean. There is a large swimming pool on site. All taxi drivers have a speech translator. The hotel over looks the twin towers on the lake and has the best view.
