"Our room was moved from the original booking room. The room we were moved to was old and outdated, the beds were terrible, the bathroom tiny and we had to listen loud thumping music until after midnight from the bar downstairs. To enter our room we had to go through a large area that is used for convention gatherings requiring us to walk through all of the people that were having a pre dinner gathering. Worst hotel of our trip. Then upon checkout we weee charged a destination fee in addition to the overpriced parking fee. Beyond ridiculous "

"They get you with a bunch of added fees after you think you are getting a good deal on the room it ended up costing the same as if we stayed in a better hotel"
