"Stayed here a couple times last year, great location and close to everything yet far away enough from the noise and city chaos. Issue with others being a bit loud in the room above, manager moved me to the other side and everything was great, much quieter (they were younger, not unruly or aggressive, more likely just clueless about the concept of being considerate of others). They’ve been very responsive each time I’ve stayed, price is great, and would definitely stay again!"

"This was my first time to stay in a downtown hotel where you don't walk into the front desk on the ground floor, but this works. You park your car, then take the elevator to the fourth floor to check in. Dog decor---quirky and fun! Modern design, super-clean room and bathroom. Excellent location! I would definitely stay here again if I were in this city. "

Even the lobby had a 5-star first impression. The room was so spacious and comfortable. Everything was so clean. Homewood Suites is the gem of the West End!! I will definitely be staying again for my next overnight visit to Greenville. I highly recommend!! "
