"I sent a message two days prior to checking in and never received a response. Checking was chaotic and took forever. Lots of guests were waiting and only one receptionist with poor training. We had reserved an ocean view apartment and were given one with no ocean view. Then, had to change and got one with a view from the second bedroom (with twin beds) that we had told the receptionist we would not use because it is only my husband and I, and a side view when on the balcony. "This property was chosen for its proximity to the airport. It neglected to mention there is a mosques next door which is regularly noisy very noisy. There was a very old smelly floor mop in the bathroom which had been used on the floor thus the smell was everywhere. I put the mop on the verandah but it did not make the bathroom smell better. Also there was 1 bathrobe for 2 people??? Seemed more like a bachelor pad to me (a female). Also Heads and Shoulders Shampoo ewww!"

"The place (and apartment) was Ok. The management a complete disaster; the people on site are trying their best but there is not too much that they can do if the place is not ready for providing the service that they are selling. We stayed a night and survived it (the place was not unsafe but the arrangements were too bad). We'll not stay there knowing what we now know."
