Stayed one night on a stopover. Not very impressed with the room. Windows were very dirty. Curtains missing on the bathroom window which did not allow for privacy while using the bathroom. A/C so so and ceiling fans shaking while on high. Mattress was very worn out and used. The place needs major updating. Furniture is antique style. I would not recommend this place.

I always enjoy the larger rooms at these hotels. Overall really good with the exception of two things: the carpet in our room was evidentially not cleaned after the previous guest because there were crumbs including whole cereal pieces on the floor. And there was no fan in the washroom which just caused a bit of humidity in the room.

The waterslide has strict hours and unfortunately we missed them. The website was not even correct for hours, so I recommend calling. The pool and hot tub was good.
The cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory as the floor was filthy and there were small beetles around. The floor was so dirty our freshly showered feet were black within minutes. The beds were clean and comfortable though!
The front desk staff was kind and helpful however, didn't mark down our late check out correctly and called our room instead.
It's certainly not the worst place in the world, but not the best. Plenty of room for improvement!
