This bright, one-bedroom upper apartment unit with king sized bed features ample closet space and a spacious living room with smart tv and workspace. The kitchen features intimate pass-through seating for 2 or off-kitchen dining for 4 and is well stocked with all the cookware and gadgets you could need.

It is close to all the modern amenities, 3 miles from HSHS St Vincent Hospital, and less than 5 miles from Aurora BayCare Medical Center.
Please note that due to the varying length of stays at this property, we do not provide disposable items such as soaps/detergents/cleaning chemicals, trash bags, coffee filters, spices/cooking oil, or paper products. The unit is fully furnished with linens, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our cleaners provide a few starter disposable items for your initial arrival.

A stay between old home and new home.
This apartment was perfect for our situation, which was selling our house and waiting to get into our new one. The one bedroom apartment had lots of storage, was clean and was well supplied. The bedroom was very spacious and king size bed was very comfortable. The shower worked well. The kitchen was small and dated, but was arranged very well which made it very workable, and had most of your essentials. We had a garage plus a parking spot for our second vehicle. The property manager was very responsive. The one drawback was the laundry machines were not always working and that space could have been cleaner. Other than that, it was perfect for our situation.
