"The room was nice, spacious, and clean, minus the kleenexes and garbage on the ground by the head of the bed. I prepaid for the room, no parking, as there was parking nearby and we had family at the hotel with parking already, but the gentleman checking us in handed us a parking pass. Didn't tell us we would later be charged for parking. Definitely took off points for that. "

"The whole experience was great. The only negative was the lady who was working in the breakfast area. She assumed I was taking too many breakfast items. Instead of asking me about, she took it upon herself to call me out from across the room. I was bringing items to my husband who wasn't able to go down for breakfast. I don't mind being asked, but being called out from across the room wasn't the best way to handle it. "

"Our room keys didn’t work initially, the staff gave us the keys but didn’t actually check us in. The TV in our room didn’t work, they had to send a guy down to fiddle with it before it turned on. There was a lamp in the room that could only be turned off by unplugging it. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. Excellent hot breakfast. And the staff were friendly."
