« Starting with the room. Everything was worn and broken. Light fixtures were broken. Sink was wobbley and the pocket door sqeeled so loudly when we opened it. It was no where near like the pictures online. Not updated. Second, we booked this hotel mainly for the Waterpark. We walked around it and saw a kid pull his pants down and pee in the pool while his parents watched. « Beautiful inside. The bathtub drained way too slow. standing in water while showering. The body wash soap container was empty. Brought the empty bottle to the front desk first thing in the morning, but staff did not bring a new bottle before we had to check out. Other than these small issues, I would stay again. »

« My apologies for the lengthy post. I must start off by saying, we are VERY easy to please & had a six-night stay. Let's start with the positives: Breakfast: pretty good! « The guy running the front desk at the time of my check in was probably the most helpful and efficient hotel employee I've ever met, and we travel a decent amount.
