"We loved staying here, it was our second time to stay here. The staff was great, the facility was great, they gave us a free late late check out and were super helpful and nice about everything. The parking was great with the walkway above the street. The room was great, it was a jr suite and very nice. "

"Rooms are very nice. Staff is great. I wish the whole building was NO SMOKING. While I you have never thought something in a hotel would be "Closed", a couple of restaurants were closed on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays as was the Spa. I would have never thought anything in a hotel resort would have not been open. I did learn a valuable lesson when making my next booking. Casino was Great, clean & very nice staff. Make sure you do your "do diligence" for anything you might like to do. I just did not know to look for closings like that. "

"Outside run down. Our room was dirty. You could see the bathroom was not clean, the remote was in a plastic bag and the side tables were chipped. "

"The room was nice and clean. Towels were big and soft. Staff was friendly. We ate at the Italian restaurant’s bar. Bartender was friendly but the food was burnt. The only problem we had with the room was the air wouldn’t get below 72 degrees and we like to sleep at 68 so we didn’t sleep very well."
