The front staff is TOP TIER!! Lauren is the best.. It’s the small things that goes unnoticed. The front staff sets a tone for the stay and it only gets better from there. My family &I have stayed here about 3 times this year. It’s always nice!!

The hotel had a great complementary breakfast, rooms were clean, and staff were friendly. The only things that needed attention was the swimming pool and exercise room. The bottom of the pool was breaking up so pieces of cement were in the pool. The exercise room had no air and a lot of the equipment was broke.

1. there was trash on the floor when I arrived ( this wasn't a big deal to me. It was just a drink cover & something else near the wastebasket ,& an old kleenex sorta behind the chair). 2. breakfast/food was ok, but certainly not great. FAKE eggs were terrible, just use real eggs or nothing ! toaster is across the room from bread ... it was the second morning I was there before I even noticed it. No real fruit available. yes , there were some tired apples & oranges in a bowl ... again , across the room by the toaster. There were no green tea bags . So ... all in all = blah. ( the service attendant was very prompt & efficient = A+ for her) 3.Exercise Room - ok , but minimal , Main complaint is no free weights... come on they're real cheap ! also only one floor mat,.... so if two people in gym someone doesn't get a mat , which you need for any exercise laying on the floor. First morning I used room the thermostat was set @ 76* ... WAY too hot for a gym ! When I said something to front desk , it was @ 71* next morning... better , but could be @ 66*-68*. Overall = "B" 4. Front desk, I had a " dust-up" with the employee the morning of the 23rd. Not sure how it happened , but I had booked on-line until the 24th, but hotel computer(?) had me chkng. out 23rd. Employee called me & told me check out time was in 20 minutes... I was in gym & repied that I would be there in 15 minutes. She was very insistent that I needed to come right away , which I did... but she had gone to

The room was clean and staff was great but truthfully the hotel didn’t feel like it was in the safest area as well as the elevator scared me to the point I’d rather take the stairs. Breakfast was very minimal and a small area so seemed crowded.
