We were so glad we selected The Roost for our stay in Cleveland. It started with the friendly helpful staff at check in and throughout our stay. The building security gave us a good sense of safety. One of the biggest perks was the building was within walking distance of so many venues and restaurants. We securely parked our car in the connecting garage and didn’t worry about driving anywhere (unless we wanted to). We would stay there again and recommend The Roost to everyone.

"The room was nice, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the control panel on the wall to open the curtains was broken and outlets were loose. The interiors of the elevators were really worn with some broken buttons. Just repairs overall in the hotel weren’t necessary well maintained. ..."
