"Owner tried charging full deposit without reason/proof. Cameras in house AND bedrooms !! Very nice cottage, with beautiful views. Unfortunately, also a very dishonest owner who tries to deprive his guests of the full deposit without meeting them even 1 time. Damage that was already there, he tries to get his guests to fix it. "This is a cheap and cheerful apart-hotel located just outside the centre of Grasse. It was quiet, the host was friendly and helpful, and it suited our purposes (a couple of nights) perfectly. The hotel does not currently provide breakfast but there is a good local café just round the corner."

"We were told to stay at Grasse because it was quaint and not busy like Nice. Apartment for bed and breakfast was acceptably clean but bed was very hard and there were no fly screens on windows to keep out mosquitoes. Breakfast was adequate but we noticed owner had left dried fruit overnight in anticipation of breakfast. Path to and from Grasse was poorly lit.
