Riverfront cabin with soaring views of mountains & woodstove - dog-friendly
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (87)
"The house is situated on the river bank. The day when we moved in, we witnessed torrents running swiftly in the river and it was impressively beautiful. When staying at the upstair loft, it was another astonishing scene of overlooking the water running outside. It has been raining everyday during our five days stay, and it was quite a pitty that we could not go on hiking as what we have planned to do but couldn't due to the weather conditions. The house was clean, despite a very old and...

Cozy Mountain Cabin with Hot Tub
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (16)
"Cleanliness: The property needs a day "attention to detail"- remove the dead grass/burrs from the driveway; add some color (flowers, shrubs, etc); door knobs replaced; flooring is SCREAMING for help- it slopes out dramatically (like a kicking and screaming toddler throwing his ice cream cone) from the bathroom into the main living area and, as a sober person, makes you feel like you're in a drunken walk to anywhere; and a few boards on the back porch area could use some help; the inside needs a...

"It was a cute cabin. We all had a great time as a family. The host was accommodating and kind. I wish it had snowed. It would have been more magical but it’s been warmer winter and despite lack of snow, we still a had nice, comfortable stay!"

Lovely dog-friendly home on banks of the Skykomish river w/mountain views
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (75)
"The view is the only reason I would stay here, never had a more beautiful peaceful view but even that has cons. Pics make it look like you can walk out to the river, you can’t, steep drop off. Still beautiful blue river to gaze at. I understand this was affordable for us due to these cons but here they are. The cabin is rustic, needs a good remodel. Really disliked I booked through VRBO and then it’s run by Vasca so I had to get a whole new app just to manage everything. The Vasca cleaning...

"We stayed at this cabin for 2 weekends this summer. Will consider renting again. One was for my son's birthday celebration on 8/9/24 and another was for my new family after our wedding on 8/30/24. We really like this location and river swimming location. Many tubers passed by us while there. The cabin is will stocked with dishes, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge, cooking stuff, utensils, cups, etc. which we appreciate in addition to games to enjoy. 9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (55)

Rising Sun Retreat- peaceful riverfront views spa
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (28)
"A long, winding, well kept, narrow gravel road is the preamble to this wonderland in the woods. My 2016 Mazda CX5 made it just fine. High mountain peaks dotted with snow frame this lovely home. From the outdoor decks, I take it all in and envy folks who climb to the top. But I just want to chill. It's 80 something degrees and sunny. The river and peaks can be seen from the windows, the decks, the fire pit, the picnic table, the yard and the well maintained hot tub. The sounds are mesmerizing. No...

"Nothing beats Sky River Lodge. This year was our third stay, and we made sure to bring lots of dvds for the rainy weather, enjoyed fires in the fireplace, took chilly walks along the river, and took full advantage of the incredible loft. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else, as it’s perfect for us and our dogs."

"Absolutely loved the cabin. It was cozy and we had everything we needed. VRBO description excellent and better than it looked on the site. So peaceful and relaxing. We spent a great deal of time just sitting on the patio and being hypnotized by the river. Cabin decorated wonderfully. Bed was very comfortable. Looking forward to visiting again. I'd go back in a second. Thank you."

Stunning 3 bed Skykomish Riverfront Cabin with breathtaking views
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (4)
"This property is as good as described. Maybe better. The only things that could have been better were that there was no AC so we had to sleep with the window open and the noise from highway 2 was a bit loud since it’s close to it. There were so many nice touches throughout the home to make it cozy and cute. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The owner was very responsive the view was amazing. Highly recommend. ! "

Beautiful Bayfront House w/WiFi, Beach Access, Bay/Mountain Views, & Fireplace
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (29)
"We booked this house because of its proximity to friends who live on the island and the views, as shown in the listing. The house is well stocked and the views are gorgeous. Many reviews comment on how old the house it is, but I found it in great shape/ functional and clean. It also has a special beach charm. My only concern is that the “kid’s room” has its own entrance/ exit. We used outdoor chairs to “barricade” the door at night to ensure safety while sleeping. An exterior lock would be nice...
