« The hosts were very nice and accommodating. The place was in a perfect location and beautiful views. I think the reason I am taking a 4/5 is because the house was not as clean as I would have expected and they had snacks in a basket for guest but they were expired in 2024, so a little bit more of attention to those details and this place would be a 5/5. »

« Clean property with large rooms, high ceilings, and an incredible view. The playroom attached to the kids' room was a huge hit with our 4- and 6-year-olds! The hot tub was clean and features a great view, and the fire pit was fun to spend an evening around. Overall an excellent place to stay for families with super easy access to the national park and to all the Estes Park activities, with about a 7-minute drive to the 2 parking lots downtown. We will definitely be staying here again. »

« Good place for a small group. The electrical door pad was not working so it took some time to get in. We ended up using the padlocked key, then we had to use one key for the rest of the weekend which was a little inconvenient for having multiple cars and people. They asked us if one key was ok, but really they should have a policy to fix important stuff like that right away. The place was clean and there was enough kitchen and living room space to accommodate 5 of us. Each having our own bed....

« We loved our stay in Estes Park and this property helped make it the perfect getaway. The location to RMNP and the ability to come home to a clean and comfortable place was ideal. We enjoyed the back porch, cooking together, having a generous living space to hang out and getting great rest (comfy beds). The communication with the host was top notch! All the details on the area are well outlined with awesome recommendations for dining and activities shared. Don’t hesitate to book with them! »

« We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was so clean and comfortable. Having lots of towels and pillows was appreciated. The host’s guide to Estes Park was helpful and fun to read. The record player with all the cool record choices was a blast. The kitchen was very well equipped and nicely organized. Nathan was great host and this place had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was hard to leave! »
