Biking, Hiking & Fishing Granby Ranch is the perfect destination for everyone in your family. Whether you prefer to spend the day on the slopes skiing and riding, snowshoeing scenic trails, doing yoga on top of a mountain, or relaxing by our outdoor firepit, Granby Ranch is full of opportunities to make your trip unforgettable. This one of a kind "Mountain Modern" sits atop Ski Granby Ranch. The home is ski-in ski-out in the winter and out your door to hiking and world class mountain biking. Amazing views await from every room. The house was a multi-year project designed by the previous owners in collaboration with award winning professionals. Local reclaimed materials (snow fence, corral boards, reclaimed US steel) were used throughout and complement the modern features giving the home an industrial chic feel. There are three king bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and walk in closet. The master has a large free standing soaking tub and a double rain shower. An additional bunk room has a custom made bunk bed and queen sleeper sofa, wonderful space for kids or one family. The main floor bathroom has a steam shower for everyone in the house to enjoy. Chef's kitchen features a Thermador® commercial 48 dual fuel range / double oven and is very well appointed (food processor, Vitamix, juicer, Cuisinart coffee maker, coffee grinder, etc.). There are three outdoor living areas, including a covered patio on the main floor with an American Eagle grill. A private deck with a fire table is located off the primary bedroom and there is a hot tub and flagstone patio on the lower level of the home. Radiant heat floors, thoughtful lighting, and whole house Sonos sound system create a wonderful environment. Two large fireplaces add warmth and ambiance to the open living spaces. The downstairs media room has a 70' Samsung SUHD TV, a 70' gas fireplace, and a wet bar. Step outside to relax in the top-of-the-line hot tub spa and enjoy the stars and amazing views! The oversized heated 2 car garage can accommodate large vehicles. It features a high-speed EV charging plug for electric vehicles. Winter Activities: SKI: Skiing is everywhere in the area. Ski Granby Ranch resort (minutes away - walking distance to an intermediate run) is designed for skiers and riders of all ages and abilities, which makes it the perfect place for families; night skiing is available and the lifts are within walking distance. Denise was wonderful to deal with and went the extra mile for us for our Thanksgiving holiday! Granby is a great place as it's close to winter park and other ski resorts and several towns for some restaurants… Unfortunately, there wasn't enough snow to ski in Granby, but it was very early in the season. My family and I booked this place with my best friend and his family and we have nothing but GLOWING things to say about this place! Literally everything was immaculate, loads of entertainment was provided at the home, huge kitchen table for gatherings and games, insane kitchen fully stocked, the hot tub was incredible with the view, the views in general of the home were to die for, the bedrooms and bathrooms were all very luxurious. Denise was very accommodating and made my dream come true of spending Christmas with all my loved ones come true! We tried to leave it better than we found it and plan to be return customers! There was more than enough room for our group of six adults and three kids. The location is perfect - so many things to do. We visited RMNP, Grand Lake, and Winter Park (alpine slide) - there was even a music festival and mountain biking right in the neighborhood. Spent a beautiful fall week with our family...so much to do in the Granby area...spent a couple of days at Rocky Mountain National Park & rented a pontoon boat on Granby Lake. Its location in Granby Ranch was perfect, with eye-popping Mountain View’s, a community swimming pool, 3 primary bedroom suites and a bunk bed loft fit for older children. The house was equipped with kid-friendly games, 2 family rooms and ample upscale bathrooms. The home’s proximity was perfect - about 20-30 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake and Winter Park, all with fun activities for young and old. We stayed with our 3 kids and in-laws and had an incredible stay. The house was wonderful and the views were absolutely amazing. The house had everything we needed. Our kids had never skied before and Granby Ranch was perfect for them while still offering us plenty of good blue runs. We had such a great time that we extended our stay for an extra 2 nights. My only suggestion is to provide more towels. Just didn’t have enough for each room! Perfect in every other way ! We purchased a new saucepan as well and left it with the house! The house is absolutely beautiful and wonderfully equipped... we have never stayed anywhere with so many conveniences already in the home to get us started (coffee, condiments, spices, shower soaps, etc), such a nice touch to make us feel at home! The views from this property are amazing and location to Granby Ranch is great! Be ready to shovel the drive way to get it out if you're bringing a car... something us Texans weren't prepared for! Denise could not have been any more wonderful to work with for this rental! The house was amazing. Our friends cancelled at the last minute because of illness and the uncertainty of weather, but there would have been PLENTY of room for all of us to stay there comfortably. I can't say enough about the house...I want to go on and on, but in the interest of time, let me leave it at that -- I can't say enough!
