« This apartment is even larger than we expected. It had everything we needed and the location is perfect! It is walkable to anything you need. Also, the owner is extremely responsive. If anything needs to be fixed or cleaned, it’s as easy as a text. I would definitely stay here again! »

My plan was simply to sleep at the VRBO since most of our time was going to be spent at my son's house. This location was perfect. The property was very clean and exactly what we wanted. « The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

« Overall we enjoyed our stay! The only thing that was a negative was there were no pulls on the bathroom drawers and cabinets. Super annoying to get the drawers open. There was also no fan or wasn’t working in the tiny shower/toilet area. And the screen door off the bedroom needs replacing. $2,000 for 3 nights is a lot for my family so we expected little things like that to be better. Overall though the condo had a great view, pool and jacuzzi were perfect temps, and the building was very quiet....
