« Heerlijke ervaring bij Lizum 1600\. Half pension dus ochtend en avond heel uitgebreid buffet met veel variatie en een aantal onderdelen die de kok vers snijdt. Hele goede service met een team dat deels uit Nepal komt. Goede hulp bij aankomen buiten inchecktijd, ondersteuning bij ziekte (een heerlijk vers bereid soepje) en hulp bij taxi regelen. Hotel zit aan de piste, dus lekker makkelijk, ook leuk om vanuit de kamer skiërs en ‘s avonds pistenbully langs te zien komen. Wellness gedeelte...

« Très agréable séjour de deux nuits à l'hôtel SONNHOFF, très belle chambre confortable et bien équipée (lit, salle de bain,coffre- fort,balcon avec table et chaises). Le personnel très accueillant et serviable , le petit déjeuner excellent et varié .Nous avons mangé un soir au restaurant c'était également très bon. Moment de détente à la piscine après une journée de marche pour visiter INNSBRUCK le top.Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet établissement. »

"L'hôtel est très bien situé, nous avons très bien été accueillis, les chambres étaient très bien et correspondent au descriptif. La piscine est un vrai plus nous en avons profité chaque soir après nos journées de randonnée, c'était agréable. Le petit déjeuner buffet est parfait et on peut manger le soir à l'hôtel c'est bon et bien servi. Seul amélioration que je proposerai c'est une clim, on peut rafraîchir en laissant la fenêtre ouverte le soir mais la route est quand même bien passante."

"Chambre très propre, lit confortable! L’hôtel est bien situé, très proche de tout! Par contre, très bruyant à l’extérieur et la chambre n’était pas isolée! On entendait absolument tout de l’extérieur comme si on y était! Des gens mangeaient, criaient et riaient très fort en dessous de notre fenêtre fermée jusqu’à 4h du matin ce qui nous a littéralement empêcher de dormir! De plus, nous avons réservé une suite avec chambre séparée et ils n’ont pas honoré notre réservation! Ils nous ont donné une chambre inférieur sans nous rembourser la différence! Quand on est allée le signaler à la réception, la réaction de la réceptionniste est « ooooohhhh vous avez réservé avec expédia ». J’ai quand même montré que c’est belle est bien marqué chambre séparée avec le prix qu’on a payer et ils n’ont rien voulu savoir! Ceci dit la chambre était quand même très bien, propre et spacieuse…… mais à cause du bruit extrême je ne recommande vraiment pas du tout cet hôtel à moins d’être à un étage beaucoup plus haut pour entendre un peu moins le bruit! Moi je ne prends plus de chance…. Je n’y retournerais plus jamais et je ne le recommande pas!!!! "
