Definitely the best stay across our 3 weeks trip across Europe (even better than global brands such as Holiday Inn, Marriot, Best Western Plus and Accor which we also stayed at this trip). I would even go as far as saying that with some up-levelling of the soft product this hotel could even be rated as 5 star instead of 4. Apart from the restful sleep, comfortable rooms and amenities, my partner and I also appreciate that the hotel is a short walk from town and has a decent supermarket just next door!

It was a very nice and clean hotel, we had a spacious room with a nice view of the mountains and it was dog friendly. Located in a convenient but quiet location just slightly out of the main part of town but still accessible by public transit.

Got upgraded to the best suite, fantastic ! Incredible view all over the city from our roof terrace. Very friendly staff. Spotless clean everywhere, great bed and super stylish furniture. Walking distance to railway station. Station for Nordkette funicular opposite the hotel. Would definitely stay here again !
