"The couch in my room had a big dip in it and it was very hard to get out of the hotel was clean, but it needed a lot of TLC. I asked when I got to the front desk if I could get a hotel room close to the main lobby or the elevator if we had to go on another floor and she told me no that my room was down by the exit door."

"Several nice pools, elevators and hallways clean and room was clean and comfortable. Tub was deep and hard to get into and out of. Surrounded area was nice and grounds well kept. Older but still good resort "

We were told an old fashioned wake up call was scheduled but it never came. We had a very early appointment in Pottsboro which we made on time anyway. not the expected service for sure."
