The Staff was friendly and professional and the room was clean and well organized. Stayed in a handicapped assisted room and really appreciated the multiple electrical plug adapters (2) that were on each side of the bed. Thank you for a pleasant overnight stay.

Room was exceptionally clean and Vonita (she handled the continental breakfast) was amazing! She was super clean & concerned about germs ensuring everyone used the proper serving utensils versus grabbing thing with their hands. The food tasted good and was well prepared.

Parking was easy, very well lit. Breakfast was quite good, enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and fresh fruit. The room where breakfast was at was really nice and open, plenty of seating. Room was very clean, beds were comfy and AC Unit worked well with out any squeaks of noise like I’ve dealt with at other places so sleeping was great.

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly at check in. Plenty of parking available. Breakfast was great, the lady that was taking care of the breakfast area was awesome. I wish I would have gotten her name but she even offered to help me carry my drinks for me. Which she does not have to do. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly, nice, and professional. My overall stay was good with the exception of two things: 1. The shower was barely warm. Honestly, it was cooler than like warm. 2. The coffee maker’s cord wouldn’t reach to the nearest plug in, so I had to move it to another location to use it.

Property needs to be updated, elevator makes a lot of noise. Our room was quirky, this was a suite so a separate bedroom, bathroom light switch was on the other side off the bathroom from the bedroom, there was no vanity light, just one light on the ceiling in the middle of the bathroom. Staff was friendly, we did not eat breakfast but went to Krootz brewery for brunch which was amazing.

Hotel is just what you would expect for a highway hotel. The building has seen better days but a good value none the less. Arrived at 5am due to flight delays to an attentive front desk who addressed our questions and concerns and even allowed us to make a last minute upgrade to a suite at a relatively small upcharge. Would stay again.
