""Now that's what I call luxury!"... was my son's first comment upon checking in (granted he's 9 and has only been in like 3 budget hotels). That said, first impressions are a big deal, and a clean and sharp looking lobby is a great start. We stayed for 2 nights, used the pool, and the breakfast each morning. The front desk was very responsive when we asked for additional towels, and everything appeared to be neatly new. The breakfast was hot, and even rotated the menu. If I had to nitpick, the room was a little smaller than I mightve expected for a suite, but plenty big enough for a family of 4"

"The hotel staff were very helpful with my pointing out the following problems. The room must have just been painted. Paint foot prints on the wooden floor. Paint on the bathroom tile floor, toilet paper holder, furniture and mirror. Front door needed weatherstripping as water would flow in and damage the wooden floor. There was 5 holes grouped together the size of a dime on the left side of the bed skirt. The right side had 2 parters. The bedspread had holes. The A/C wasn’t working properly so the moved me to a new room. I immediately pointed out that the bedspread had holes in it. They immediately brought a brand new one. I told them that I was only pointing out the problems as they paid someone good money and that person did a sloppy paint job."

"What a lovely property. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, great linen and towels. Close to shops for food and grog. Nice backyard. We drove to Milpitas Station to get the VTA to Levi’s Stadium, but you could walk it at a pinch. Tiger and Lily tell you all you need to know. I would definitely stay again."

"What I liked was the fact that I was given a refund due to certain circumstances. Depending on where they put you, it can be very noisy and chaotic or on a side where it is very quiet. What I didn’t like is the parking. It’s always full and I have to worry about someone vandalizing my car just for the fun of it."
