Room needed renovations and it seems like it had been a while since it had been cleaned because the next day was very clean and the TV didn’t work. The staff was very helpful but I couldn’t change rooms considering I was staying for just a few days, so I didn’t see the point. The bed was very comfortable by the way. It was good for the price and close to the mall and to the train going to Levi’s stadium which was the main reason for my trip. Overall it’s Ok

So picture's from the property are a little deceiving. Place is ok, good amount of parking space which is nice. The rooms are decent, but sheets have stains and holes. The walls are dirty and there was a iron which was super old. Ripped and old ironing board. No shampoo or conditioner available. There was a broken dispenser in the shower not labeled but assuming it was shower gel.

The photo on Expedia looks much nicer. The room is not very clean. Besides there’s no elevator and the only non-smoking family room is on 2nd floor. We need to bring our luggages there and it’s not convenient for family with kids and elderly.
