« Apartment is well located and comfortable. However, we were disappointed that a number of things including the kitchen were old and in need of refurbishment. The worse thing was that the apartment has an ant problem throughout which the owner is clearly aware of as there are ant traps visible. »

« Probably one of the best homes we have stayed at with our family of six plus spouses and grand children. The home does not look like much from the street but once you enter the gates it has meticulously groomed gardens with plenty of enclosed space for everyone. Inside the rooms are large, the home is clean and there was even a set up of dog bowls for our dog. The home is a five minute walk from Montecito and Butterfly Beach. Although the freeway parallels the home the noise level is next to...

« This was a bright, modern, clean condo. The only noise at night was the crashing of the waves. The access to the beach was so close and easy!
