"Great location, closer to beach. We had room in back with a private patio with no view but it was very comfortable. The hot breakfast buffet was great with sausage, chicken, scrambled eggs and also meats and cheeses, good keto options. Would be nice to have fried eggs as well or switch between these daily. The Wi-Fi was good but would disconnect at times and not automatically reconnect. The bathroom was really spacious and shower too."

"I wasn't too impressed with my stay at the Ramada in Santa Barbara. Upon checking in there were two employees at the desk. One who was helping me and the other one (male) who was on the telephone with a potential guest i'm assuming. He was incredibly snarking and rude to the person on the phone. His colleague (female) agreed with his disrespectful attitude and acknowledged it by smiling at him and giving him a half eye roll. That was a terrible first impression from the hotel staff, it was really unnecessary to be rude to the guest when being asked about pricing of the hotel stay. Not sure if the hotel was within the guest budget range but the male employee made me feel uncomfortable with the way he was speaking with the guest over the phone. It felt very judgmental and almost (mean girl) like. As for the room my daughter and I killed two decent size bugs and I think the final straw for us was when we were in the bathroom and the rubber mat on the bathtub looked like it had dark stains or mold on the edges. Thankfully we were only there one night."

"The room was super clean and really nice. I loved almost all the staff the only person I didnt really like was Allysa, she was a bit rude when she found out I was in my early twenties. I understand people my age arent always that respectful but I feel like you should never judge a book by its cover. Other than that the rest of the staff were super sweet and it definitely made up for it. Will definitely be returning"
