"My room didnt have a working fridge and when i went to turn on TV it only had 1 battery in the remote. Hard to manually change tv and stay on correct input. Night nurse and when asked to be somewhere a little quieter i got up to my floor and kids just running around which i get is normal but sucks when you cant hide the noiwe"

"Unfortunately room 626 have no AC. The bathroom ceiling fan don’t work. Also ridiculous to charge for parking. Staff were awesome! Hotel overall is convenient location and comfortable. "

"Nice enough facility. Large room(s) that my children were delighted with. The mustard color on every surface was off-putting for me, but no one else minded. Affordable and nearby all the attractions. The indoor pool was absolutely disgusting and so noisy but that is a symptom of being a family friendly resort on a spring night that is too cold for the outdoor pool and nothing else to do at night. Overall though, lovely time, we will likely return"

James Grille was not taking anymore guests 1.5 hours before closing one evening, and we were turned away, which was disappointing. Rooms are clean Staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. Location is close to major attractions. Overall excellent property. "
