"This is my second time at this location. I come once a year for Disneyland and this time our bathroom was disgusting. It was not clean, floors were dirty tub didn’t look like it had been cleaned. I came in and heard dripping water, the bathtub faucet was dripping and would not shut off. Our security lock box was broken and didn’t turn on. I called front desk after a day of ignoring the issues but the water dripping was annoying at night and I really wanted to make sure my laptop and passport was safe in the lock. I am not a big complainer but this stuff was valuable to me and I finally called. They sent maintenance to come fix it, he was apologetic and was nice. He fixed both the faucet and safe in the morning, however after a long day at Disney we all showered and then after the bath rub faucet was dripping, and it’s not a couple drops it’s dripping fast like a consistent drip so the noise was very annoying but I only had that night left (stayed 3 nights), so I just didn’t bother to complain. The room was also only cleaned once during our 3 night stay and the way they cleaned it wasn’t great, again bathroom floor was dirty. "
