"I should’ve known something was wrong when there were no cars parked in front of the building. I had reserved the room for my elderly mother and father, the walk was too far from the front entrance. The back entrance was not locked and anyone could enter. That’s just not safe! "

"Room was very clean. Nice parking area and it was very quiet in the neighborhood. Several restaurants nearby. Bed was very comfortable "

"Nice Inn/ hotel. Historic charm. Staff and administrators are less to be desired. The front line customer service albeit the words are polite - are veiled with attitude and a nonchalance demeanour. One quick suggestion aside from modernizing the bathrooms—- a stub for a mediocre coffee shop is not a replacement for breakfast. Provide a quality breakfast and charge what it is. Oh and better manners for your front staff ( all of them ) "

"Checking in was easy and staff was friendly. Room was clean. But needs repairs. The sliding door for the bathroom had lots of paint peeling off. The ceiling light/vent in bathroom was not secured to the ceiling. Looked like someone tried to rip it out. Breakfast was not the best. Sleep Inn has been my go to place to stay. But this one was not the standard we are use to for Sleep Inn."

"WiFi is not included, no towels in pool/hot tub area. Beds were soft, room was clean and staff were friendly. "

"I can’t elaborate on anything positive. I will never stay here again and I will not recommend staying here, not even for free. Dirty, old, unkept, breakfast not great and terrible coffee. "
