We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. Nous avons vraiment été déçu de notre séjour, chambre, salle à certains endroits, porte de la salle de bain, dégradée, un luminaire sur deux dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Il fallait retourner chaque matin mendier un ticket pour le petit déjeuner, alors qu’il était compris dans notre réservation, et à l’accueil ils n’ont pas souhaité nous donner tous les tickets d’un coup… De quoi perdre du temps tous les matins. De plus, notre chambre a été nettoyé, nous étions très content… Jusqu’à ce que nous rentrions le soir, et trouvions notre porte de la chambre ouverte, nous l’avons signalé à l’accueil, qui ne sait même pas déplacer, et qui ne nous a même pas répondu pour savoir ce qui s’était passé.
