This townhouse is conveniently located near Kirkwood, the University of Delaware, and many restaurants and shopping centers. The rental rate is reasonable and staying here was 100% better than a comparable hotel. The owner was courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. Communication was excellent. Check in was easy with a code for the front door. The kitchen had a kuerig and a great selection of coffees and tea was waiting to welcome us. The owner even stocked the refrigerator with bottled water for us. The home itself is clean and nicely decorated. There are three bedrooms and the beds are comfortable. The master has a big jacuzzi tub. There is a home office for doing work and the Wi-Fi is great. All tvs have roku. The neighborhood was quiet and we didn’t hear anything from the two homes next door. Overall I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Having an owner who cares is always the most important thing to me. This owner cares and it shows. ##### Matt S.
