there was a toenail left on the table which was quite gross but other than that the room was impeccably clean. the bathroom doorframe is a bit broken but everything else was in good condition.

Convenient location. Dislike was first night the Hotel was busy with event at Hydro and smokers noisy outside ground floor bedroom all night. One of our 2 rooms was moldy and window wouldn’t lock despite being ground floor and unsafe

I asked for bins to be emptied and more toilet rolls on our 3rd day but it was never done. A light was out in the bathroom which made it a little gloomy for applying makeup etc. Maintenance issues. Also no one told us to book our breakfast the night before to save money. Just a little more training of staff perhaps. Otherwise a basic room was all we needed and that is what we got.

Our room was incredibly small, we barely had enough space for our bags. The quality of the linens and beds were not great and our air con was broken, but it was a safe and quiet space.

Really only one dislike and that was the food was served at breakfast in large portable food warmers. Not hot enough and quite cumbersome. Toasters that did not work, only one side toasted the bread. The apple juice was watered down. Everything else was excellent

Perfect location for Ovo Arena!
Perfect location for the Ovo arena. Only a 1 mile walk from Central Station if coming by train or ample free parking if driving. And only 1 mile from the nearest Wetherspoons too.

The window handle in my room was broken. I could not close the window. Noise from traffic outside. Bathroom was worn out and the toilet was not very clean. Staff were good in reception and in the breakfast restaurant. Breakfast was good too. Good to have on site parking.
