« There was a bad sewage smell in the flat that seemed to come from the cupboard containing the mop. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable despite my friend bringing a mattress topper with her. It had springs sticking out. They don’t tell you before you check in that there is either a 38 non refundable deposit or a 200 hold on your account in case you break something. The shower was terrible, no water pressure if someone has had a shower before you, no space if you’re moderately tall, and no space width wise either. "Hôtel Novotel très décevant, le seul point positif est la piscine, sinon le personnel est très froid, quand on passe devant aucun sourire ou bonjour, les chambres sont très anciennes, elles méritent un bon rafraîchissement! Le parking à 16 livre la nuit alors que la nuit est déjà chère. Bref déçu et je ne recommande pas!"
