Upgraded and redeveloped in 2020 This executive two bedroom apartment is set on the first floor, at the back of the building. An open-plan layout on the ground floor, with LVT oak floors throughout. A small private balcony with composite decking is accessible from all rooms, offering a city skyline view. Lift access is available to all upper floors in the building. Secure underground parking is available with each booking (one space per apartment). Entertainment is covered with a huge 75 inch LG Smart TV in the living area, offering all the usual Freeview channels and apps (Netflix/Spotify/Amazon Prime.....) . Free High Speed Wi-Fi keep you connected to your outside world. If you fancy cooking during your stay the Sigma 3 kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, built-in microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, as well as the usual cookware, crockery and cutlery you\`d naturally expect. You\`ll also find a washer-dryer and dishwasher built in to help keep every clean and tidy. Jul 20, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Good apartment in great location This is a good apartment as it’s so close to Cardiff by road or train. It’s also very close to local shops and a 15 min walk to the lovely pier and beach. What the ad doesn’t tell you is the apartment is at the side of the train stop that runs every 15 minutes. We chose it as it had parking but again once we booked, it’s not suitable for a large vehicle which we have. The toilet seat in the en suite is too small for the toilet so went flying.
