Coffee was never ready in the morning. Room was smaller than expected. Breakfast was ok nothing great.

I had an amazing experience with Ha Noi Royal palace hotel, and I can’t thank them enough — especially Mr. Alex, who went above and beyond in every way. Although I wasn’t in Vietnam at the time, Mr. Alex helped me plan a surprise birthday celebration for my mom during her Halong Bay cruise. He took care of everything — from the coordination with the cruise team to making sure the cake and moment were just right. It meant so much to me to still be part of her special day even from far away. My mom was so surprised and touched! The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and in a great location. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. From travel arrangements to personal touches, their level of service was truly impressive.
