The staff are exceptionally friendly but the overall cleanliness of the hotel needs to improve and updates need to happen. Daily housecleaning is offered but the hotel needs some more attention. A profound deep cleaning and paint job. Gym was great and location is not too bad. Pool cleanliness is questionable so I avoided it. You can always get about using local taxi apps. And walk down 30min to have a nicer area on the beach. Direct beach near hotel is a fishing community with shacks so best walk further down the beach to avoid horrible smells from the shack. Nice supermarket and local inexpensive tea shop “Tea Time” are near 1-5 min walks.

Found a cockroach in the bathroom. No one would answer the phone at the reception. Breakfast was decent. Overall was okay but wouldn’t go back.

Modern, spacious rooms and bathroom. Finally a hotel that has a heated bathroom mirror so NO FOGGING when you get out of the shower. Nespresso and water in rooms. Comfy mattress and pillows. Fantastic Omani coffee and dates in the lobby. Well equipped gym and expansive pool area with direct access to the beach. Wonderful but expensive breakfast. Hotel is 10 min walk to Opera House but you’ll need a taxi to visit other sites.
