"The suite was huge with a great bathroom. It had a four seated dining table, alas no cutlery nor crockery. No handbook giving details of the hotel amenities, TV operation or channel selections, no tourist information. I have never in all the hotels regardless of star rating I have stayed in throughout the world not had information available in the room. Check in time from 3.00pm. No way, We arrived at 2.55pm to be told our room was not ready, fair enough we were 5 minutes early. 3.15pm 3.30pm still not ready. When I enquired why I was told they had a lot of check outs that morning and were behind. Finally 3.55pm were were given the room keys with the instructions about the time for breakfast, bar opening times and WIFI password written on the key card holder. One lift not operational and after our two night stay was still not operational. No-one explained about the procedure for having our room cleaned. There was a notice on the indoor handle stating "do not disturb". Naturally we did not need this After returning to our room after a day out, the room had not been cleaned, the label Do not disturb had fallen to the floor and I picked it up, on the reverse side was a notice stating "maid service". This was not explained on check in. I think that the price of the stay at the Versailles Suite was not good value for the service/information received from staff."

"When we arrived, I could not believe the VIEW we had. Million dollar view. Karen was an amazing host. The kitchen was phenomenal. We were able to easily do a huge meal in the kitchen with all of the available kitchen implements. My daughter wants to live here. Loved our stay and would definitely come back."
