"First time visiting the area. My twin sister and I went for an overnight to celebrate our birthday. The hotel is lovely, charming & cozy with accommodating friendly staff. We very much enjoyed our stay. The food in the tavern on site was delicious and the very kind bartender, Tom even bought our first birthday cocktail. Would definitely recommend a stay in this quaint hotel full of history. "

"We stayed here in between days of hiking map 23 on the Finger Lakes Trail. Nice little place with outdoor fireplace and not far from the casinos. "

"This was the perfect property and location for our annual "girls" weekend (three of us all over the age of 55). This is such a lovely area, especially for someone who loves nature and wants an opportunity to enjoy the peace and quiet. The house is beautiful, decorated with a plethora of African art. The hosts are incredibly thoughtful! We were provided with homemade bread, a bottle of wine, and many other extras. Fantastic communication and easy check-in/check-out. We had a wonderful time! "This was such a sweet and serene location! The studio we stayed in was perfectly clean, beautiful decorated and just the size we needed for this family trip. The view of the woods was stunning and though we weren't able to use the pool this time around we will be coming to stay again and take advantage. Just beautiful ❤️"

"This property was charming and looked like the description. There were only 2 of us but I could see how it would work for a maximum of 4 people. The kitchen opens up to the living room and is fully stocked. The outside property is spacious and the fire pit was an added bonus. It's right outside of Hamilton, NY which is a cute town and host to Colgate University. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling through Upstate. It has a relaxing vibe and is a comfortable place to chill."
