Breakfast was a nice choice of pastries, bagels, yogurt, etc. and there was milk or half and half in addition to the flavored creamers. My only complaints are that the room was very stuffy when we arrived and there was no hot water. Being that it was a holiday and the restaurant was closed, may have made the difference."

"Kind and helpful staff. We asked to be moved from a ground floor room to a higher level floor (at 10pm) and the staff member did whatever he could to make this happen. It is a small and cute hotel, very close (5 minutes) from Colgate University. "

"The house was extremely well located in proximity to the event that I was attending at the fairgrounds. Check in was a breeze and the house was cozy and inviting. The road is very quiet at night and I hardly noticed any traffic which was great for getting a thorough rest each night. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will definitely be booking again next time I am in the area."

"The waterfall is the obvious highlight, but the entirety of the cottage is charming in and of itself. From the loft to the fireplace to the bathroom overlooking the falls, everything was the definition of "cozy." Getting lulled to sleep by the rushing water every night and having our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the waterfall is something I'll never forget."
