« The place really needs to be updated, the deck feels like it's going to fall apart, it was missing a slat of wood in the corner. The couch needed to be vacuumed. The air conditioners worked great, it stayed cool in the house. The location is nice. The little store they have is nice, if you need a beer or eggs, it's great, the older lady staff was nice enough but the younger one was just rude. The laundry facility is awful, the dryers are falling apart and they don't have any air flow in the...

I figured since I was rebooking with a different credit card that they would refund my initial booking but they did not. They will not respond to my communication attempts.
