"Hotel staff, Lois, Lisa, Cristina, Elena and Victoria are excellent, including the restaurant staff. They are helpful, friendly and genuine. The location is great for transportation access, restaurant and shopping. However, the beds are the worst I have ever had. The springs are poking into you all night. The minute you sit on the bed the springs dig in and mske noises. Despite paying $411 a night for am execuitive room no resolution of the issue for four nights. Given how bad it was I couldn't have been the first person to complain. The hotel was full the night before. Someone must have complained but no action taken."

"I cam to Dublin from Canada and stayed at this property for 23 nights while I had family in a nearby hospital. I checked in on the second day the hotel was open, and used it as a temporary base of operations for work, living, and managing my family emergency. The staff were outstanding; friendly, accommodating, eager to ease my burden in any way they could. Special shout out to Tim and Lau for making it feel like home away from home. There were some technical bumps with wifi, TV settings & apps, elevator timing, and trivial things like that - to be expected with a brand new property - but the staff able to solve all my issues quickly and easily. The rooms were clean, and much more spacious than some of the other places I stayed in the area in my first few days, and the amenities (cooking surface, dishwasher, microwave, in-room desk & couch, on-site laundry) made my life exponentially easier for such a long stay. The immediate area has some...character, but I never felt unsafe walking to and from the hotel. Easy access to transit, and walking distance to everything else I needed: food, drinks, groceries, shopping, etc. Would absolutely recommend, especially for travels planning longer stays."
