Excellent all around, only complaint was room was very hot even with heat turned down, just slept with windows and doors open. Water pressure was great, internet was always fast and rooms were clean.
Right in the heart of town if you like walking and exploring. The hotel has an old Dublin flavour in the dim wood panelled lobby and reeks of history. But the rooms are comfortable, although furnishings a bit dated.
We liked the good size rooms clean and excellent staff

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Positives - Location is great for tourist attractions. We walked to everything we wanted to see. Staff are friendly.
Breakfast was great.
Check out at midday.
Comfy bed.
Amazing Celtic night literally on-site.
Negatives - The hotel is based on a medieval theme so is very dark in public places. This is not necessarily a problem however the lighting in the room was also very poor. Good job I took an led makeup mirror with me!!!!
Our bed was located right next to the door so we only had one bedside table which wasn’t very convenient.
The headboard was literally the other side of the corridor so you could hear people walking past.
And the vending machine was also outside our room so you could hear the ‘clunking’ of bottles every time this was used.
The room generally was in need of updating as it looked tired and worn.
Info - Taxi from/to airport was about €30 each way and very busy in both directions.
Allow at least half an hour
Would I stay here again?
Probably not.
I think there are better options for the price we paid.
