"This is a wonderful place; we stayed in this brand new property. Public transportation is just steps away, both the metro and Tiburtina station are within walking distance. The bus stop is also just steps away, and the 62 bus takes you all over Rome. Excellent!"

"Cinque Sogni is a great place to stay in Rome. In the outer Rome area it is more peaceful and not too noisy. Easy access to the Metro.
The rooms are spacious and clean and the bathroom is well appointed.
A kitchenette and communal breakfast area is well set up with a selection of foods and beverages. A convenient fridge freezer combo for perishable foods. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"Simple, clean & quiet boutique hotel with high quality comfortable large bed & pillows in a decent sized room. Staff were excellent & helpful prior & during the stay - we paid extra for a pre-arranged early check in.
We planned to get the Metro (10 mins walk) however this was closed for weekend work which meant $$$ on taxis. Restaurant options are limited - this is a local neighbourhood away from the centre of Rome but found amazing deli & coffee en route.

"The room was lovely, however when we got there they told us that our room was not available and we had to walk to another building several
Blocks away. It was 40celcius and we were travelling with a young child. We paid for a superior room and it was not what we got. Room was clean, modern and looked newly renovated "

"Good Breakfast and is free during our stay in this hotel. Room is clean and size acceptable for us. The bed for our room is soft and had sunk in. Time to review and renew some of the beds for this property."

"Thos hotel had very good service and the breakfast was really good. Our room was a little small but amenties were great. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great too and easy to walk or catch a taxi or uber. Close to Roma Termini!! We would stay here again."
"The hotel itself is lovely, very clean modern and eco friendly. We paid for breakfast included and it was worth it. About €24 euros if you pay on the day. It’s a cash free hotel.
It’s about a 30 minute walk to the colosseum and and hour and a half to the Vatican. For us we are happy to walk those distances but others may not be. The rooms are small, we had an executive room and there is no where to open your cases.
The surrounding area is a bit run down and there is security on the gate. We are out at lunch and made the most of a good Italian lunch. There’s a pizza restaurant on site and they do food in the hotel which is reasonably priced.
The pool area is small but nice. It’s right next to the Trainline so a bit noisy and the bar is limited.
Overall a nice stay if you’re prepared to walk"
"Hotel is right beside an outdoor market which was a nice surprise, hotel is very clean and well kept showers were nice, and we were provided an excellent view of the mountain landscape during our stay.
The restaurant staff are generally attentive and polite. The food was absolutely amazing and definitely provides some of the best cuisine Italy has to offer in your own hotel."
