"Puts you in mind of a Las Vegas Hotel everyone was very curious and engaging I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived...My room was very cozy and clean shower was definitely 5⭐️....only thing is they need better mattresses. Casino floor was very inviting had new games that actually payout... also family friendly my 2 year old Gson was very excited with the view of the Rock Quarry overall my new place to stay when in town"

"I stayed in a single room that had a shared bathroom/shower with three other rooms. It was great. Very clean and had all the amenities that I needed. I was a little bummed that I couldn't eat dinner in my room. However I ate my Doordashed dinner in the dining area and ended up loving it because I had a great conversation with someone. The dining area also had real dishes I could use and utensils, as well as hot water for tea. I am 50+ and thought it might be odd for me to be there as an older person, but the whole hostel had a really friendly and welcoming vibe. It also had a small store downstairs with a self pay kiosk to buy some food, snacks, beverages, and a few toiletries. I highly recommend this hostel for all ages."

"My stay at the Chicago Lake Shore Hotel was good! The outside of the facility looks to be in rough shape but once you step inside the rooms they are updated and very clean!!! I would stay here again for the price. Of they could update/renovate the outside this place would be 10/10!!!"
